This product is the core area of Zhuqiao Town G-10 plots of commercial housing projects, the construction unit is Shanghai Zhujin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.This project is located in Zhuqiao Town,Shanghai, the total construction area of 140,252.5 square meters. The prefabricated assembly area of this project is 100%, monomer prefabricated assembly rate of 40% (sandwich insulation).

Shanghai Old West Gate New Garden Phase II Project

This project is Old West Gate new Garden project in Shanghai, the construction unit is Shanghai Old West Gate New Garden Property Co., Ltd. The project is located in the north of Jianguo Road, Shanghai, south of Zhaozhou Road, east of Zhaozhou Road, west of Tibet Road, the total construction area of 35470.11 square meters.

Shanghai Songjiang Greenland Lincoln Park

The project is located in Songjiang ecological business district, west of Songjiang University City and Sheshan tourist resort, east of Songjiang industrial headquarters area. The assembly of the project is placed in Phase II, the total assembly area of 46011 square meters, the entire project 50% of the total residential area for the assembly type.

Vanke Jinyu International

Meilong new center commercial plaza - this project BIM advisory services on the ground commercial square and underground garage. BIM application objectives include: design optimization, pipeline synthesis, net high analysis and engineering statistics.

Baoshan Jinta

Tang Dynasty style of high-rise pure wood structure pavilion tower - a total of 7 layers, the total area of about 1000 square meters, the total building height of the tower is 55.3 meters. The structure is pure wood structure, with traditional tenon connection. BIM technology in the application of this project through the program, design deepening, structural processing, construction and installation of all engineering, and initially formed Structure BIM Parameterized Component Library. Jinan Panlong mountian clubhouse

British style clubhouse - this project implemented a positive professional BIM construction drawing design, the model accuracy is up to LOD300.
